The plans for the 18-hectare site include a number of two-bedroom apartments and houses ranging from two- to six-bedrooms

Stephen Daintith, land and planning director at Stewart Milne Homes North West, said that the unanimous approval for the new homes in Hooton was a reflection of the quality of the homes it was building.
“This will be our largest development ever constructed here in the North West and marks a significant milestone in our investment in the region, leading the way for us to construct in more larger-scale developments in the near future.”
